Asiana Airlines opts for myIDTravel from Lufthansa Systems for staff travel management

Asiana Airlines relies on myIDTravel, Lufthansa Systems’ integrated ID travel management solution for staff travel. This enables Asiana Airlines to streamline their staff travel processes as staff can book and issue electronic ID-tickets for their own carrier’s and for interline flights. This move enables the airline to comply with the IATA-mandate of replacing ID tickets.
myIDTravel is an integrated solution for efficient ID travel management. Through e-ticketing, the integration of self-service functions and a high level of automation, airlines can optimize their ID travel management. In the field of staff interline travel, thousands of paper tickets are still issued each day by airlines. myIDTravel eliminates the need for paper tickets and enables airlines to issue electronic ID tickets for interlining flights.
