Sydney, Australia, May 19th, 2026 – ASL Airlines Australia is pleased to confirm that it has entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the Receivers of Airwork for the purchase of that company Airwork’s New Zealand and Australia freight business.
The proposed transaction remains subject to the completion of final-stage due diligence and the satisfaction of customary conditions. Certain commercial details also remain to be finalised.
“This is expected to be an exciting development for ASL and a welcome step forward in our operations,” said Stefan Oechsner, CEO and Managing Director at ASL Airlines Australia.
As the SPA is conditional, no further details will be disclosed at this time.
