ASL ORDERS THREE MORE AEI B737-400SF 11 PALLET CONVERSIONS

MIAMI, FL., — May 28, 2013 — Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI), is pleased to announce that it has been selected by ASL Aviation Group to provide another three firm B737-400SF 11 Pallet Configuration conversions bringing the total number of AEI conversion orders to six. The aircraft are all high gross weight B737-400’s, MSN 25261, 25184 and 25181, all were built in 1992 and will undergo freighter modification in May and June of 2013 at AEI’s Authorized Conversion Center, Commercial Jet.

Mr. Robert T. Convey, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for AEI stated that “We are once again honored that ASL Aviation Group has selected AEI’s B737-400SF 11 Pallet Conversion for their fleet expansion.” He adds, “This order will bring the total number of AEI 737-400SF’s in ASL’s fleet to eight (8) with six owned and two leased.”

NEW ANCRA CARGO LOADING SYSTEM
AEI’s B737-400SF shall provide ASL with an Ancra CLS capable of carrying multiple ULD’s including:
(10) 88″ × 125″ AAA Containers/pallets, P1 to P10 or
(5) 88″ × 125″ AAA Containers/pallets, P1-P4 and P10 plus
(10) 88″ × 61.5″ ULD’s in P5 to P9 and
(1) 53″ × 88″ × 64″ Pallet or AEP/AEH or 60.4″ × 61.5″ AKE/LD3 or 61.5″ × 88″ × 56″ H AYY in P11

This unique flexibility has been designed by AEI to allow the operator to immediately adapt to multiple ULD configurations at a moment’s notice. When combined with proven reliability, the AEI Converted B737-400SF will allow ASL to keep their aircraft where they belong “In the air, generating revenue.”
