AVIANCA AND TACA TRANSPORTED MORE THAN 21 MILLION PASSENGERS

· Avianca and TACA recorded a 13.2% increase in the number of passengers carried in the first eleven months of the year, compared to the same period last year.

· In November, the airlines affiliated with the Holding transported nearly 2 million passengers.

During the first eleven months of the year, the airlines affiliated with AviancaTaca Holding carried 21,031,959 travelers, a 13.2% increase in the number of passengers carried compared to the same period in 2011 when 18,577,160 travelers were transported.

In November, Avianca, TACA and their subsidiaries transported 1,978,883 passengers, representing a 9.9% increase in the number of travelers transported compared to the same month in 2011 when they carried 1,801,409 passengers. By November, capacity, measured in ASKs (available seat kilometers), increased 6.8% while the load factor (average occupancy of the aircraft) rose to 80.5%.

Domestic Markets in Colombia, Peru and Ecuador
From January to November, the number of travelers transported in the domestic markets of Colombia, Peru and Ecuador was 12,113,112 compared to the 10,126,967 passengers in the same period in 2011, representing a 19.6% increase. Capacity, measured in ASKs, grew 21.8% while the load factor was 80.3%.

In November 2012, the airlines recorded a 10% increase in the number of passengers transported in the domestic markets of these three countries, carrying 1,147,549 passengers compared to 1,043,030 passengers in the same month in 2011. Capacity in these markets, measured in ASKs, increased 12.9% and the load factor remained steady at 80.3%.

International Markets
From January to November 2012, the number of passengers carried in the international markets rose 5.5% from 8,450,193 passengers in 2011 to 8,918,847 passengers in 2012. Capacity, measured in ASKs, grew 8.1% and the load factor reached 79.4%.
On international routes, Avianca, TACA and their subsidiaries transported 831,334 passengers in November, representing a 9.6% increase compared to the same month in 2011 when they carried 758,379 passengers. Capacity, measured in ASKs, grew 5.3% in the international markets while the load factor rose to 80.5%.
