AVIANCA HOLDINGS AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES CARRIED MORE THAN 2 MILLION PASSENGERS

· In June 2014, Avianca Holdings and its subsidiaries carried 2,120,689 passengers, a 4.9% increase over the same period in 2013

· From January to June, Avianca Holdings and its subsidiaries carried 12.4 million passengers, a 4.6% increase over the same period in 2013

In June, the subsidiary companies of Avianca Holdings S.A. (NYSE: AVH) (BVC: PFAVH) (*) transported 2,120,689 passengers, up 4.9% compared to June 2013. Capacity, measured in ASKs (available seat kilometers), increased by 4.2%, while passenger traffic, measured in RPKs (revenue passenger kilometers), increased 3.1%. The load factor for the month was 79.9%.

Domestic markets in Colombia, Peru and Ecuador
In June, the subsidiary airlines of Avianca Holdings transported within these markets a total of 1,246,323 travelers, up 5.4% compared to June 2013. Capacity (ASKs) increased 3.0%, while passenger traffic (RPKs) increased 3.6%. As a result, the load factor increased to 77.9%.

International markets
In June, the affiliated airlines of Avianca Holdings transported 874,366 passengers on international routes, up 4.3% compared to June 2013. Capacity (ASKs) increased 4.5%, while passenger traffic (RPKs) grew about 3.0%. The load factor for the month was 80.4%.
