Avioserv and AeroThrust to support Raven Capital Management LLC in their acquisition of the Lufthansa Technik Airmotive Ireland CFM56 -3/-5/-7 engine material

San Diego, Calif. – Avioserv San Diego, Inc. (“Avioserv”) and AeroThrust Holdings LLC (“AeroThrust”) were awarded a joint consignment agreement from Raven Capital Management LLC (“Raven”), www.ravencm.com. Raven recently completed the acquisition of over 13,200 line items representing approximately 315,300 parts of CFM56-3/-5/-7 Engine Material from Lufthansa Technik Airmotive Ireland (“LTAI”). Avioserv and AeroThrust will provide aftermarket sales services on behalf of Raven. Avioserv is based in Southern California with additional offices located in Dallas and in Europe, whereas AeroThrust is based in Miami.

The Engine Material is currently being transported from LTAI’s facility in Dublin, Ireland, to AeroThrust’s facility in Miami, Florida. The Engine Material will be available for aftermarket sales opportunities by September 1, 2014.
