AWAS announced today that it has agreed to place an additional two new A320 aircraft with Aeroflot in Russia. These will be the 7th and 8th A320s that the lessor will have on lease to Aeroflot overall. The aircraft will come from AWAS’ existing new order pipeline.
Marlin Dailey, Chief Commercial Officer AWAS commented on the deal, “We are extremely pleased that Aeroflot continues to place their trust in us to deliver new passenger aircraft customised to their exacting specifications.”
These new aircraft will be delivered to the airline in the first half of 2014.
