Dublin based lessor, AWAS, has appointed Doug Winter to the position of Head of Sales.

Doug brings 25 years of aviation experience to AWAS.  He joins AWAS from GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), where for 13 years he has held a number of sales leadership roles including Senior Vice President & Region Manager in Middle East, Africa & Russia/ CIS. Prior to GECAS, Doug spent 12 years at McDonnell Douglas Corporation where he held Sales and Contract roles.

At AWAS, Doug will take overall responsibility for the global sales team as well as the marketing and communications functions.
