AWAS appoints Marlin Dailey as Chief Commercial Officer

AWAS announced today that Marlin Dailey has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer, reporting to Raymond Sisson, President & CEO of AWAS. He will join AWAS in February 2013. In this new role Marlin will lead an integrated Sales, Trading and Market Development organisation within AWAS. Carter White continues in the role of Head of Trading reporting to Marlin and Doug Winter continues to lead the Sales team during the transition. This change will lead to a more streamlined, better integrated and more cohesive approach to meeting our customer needs and market requirements.
Marlin joins AWAS from The Boeing Company after a 32 year career where he worked in a variety of executive leadership roles. Most recently he held the position of President, Boeing Germany, Northern Europe, EU & Africa, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s country, EU and regional strategies and leading new business development and industrial partnership opportunities.
Prior to this position, Marlin was the Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing of Boeing Commercial Airplanes where he led the global Sales and Marketing efforts with direct organisational responsibility for almost 500 professionals. Marlin brings to AWAS tremendous commercial airplane sales and marketing experience and leadership skills that further strengthens the sales, trading and market development team and supports AWAS’ long term business goals and objectives.
