AWAS delivers one new A320 passenger aircraft to new customer Air Corsica

AWAS announced today that it has delivered one new A320 passenger aircraft to Air Corsica, an established regional airline in Europe. This aircraft is from AWAS’ new order pipeline.

Air Corsica was originally founded 24 years ago and provides scheduled service from the four airports in Corsica to mainland France as well as other popular European destinations.

Hervé Pierret, Board Member of Air Corsica remarked on the delivery: “We are very pleased to introduce in our fleet, in collaboration with AWAS, a brand new A320 at our standards. This aircraft, which is replacing an older one, will allow us to constantly improve comfort and reliability for our customers while decreasing operating costs.”

Marlin Dailey, Chief Commercial Officer AWAS stated, “AWAS is very pleased to add Air Corsica as a new customer today. Their targeted and successful route network will benefit from the enhanced capability and efficiency of this new aircraft.”
