AWAS to acquire portfolio of four 737-800 aircraft from BOC Aviation

AWAS announced today that it has agreed to acquire a portfolio of four late-model narrowbody passenger aircraft from BOC Aviation. These aircraft are all subject to long-term leases with their respective airlines.

“AWAS is continuing our planned growth initiative to acquire superior aircraft assets on lease to globally diverse airlines,” said Ray Sisson, President & CEO, AWAS.

“Acquisitions in the secondary market are a key pillar of our expansion plan.”
