CIT AEROSPACE DELIVERS THREE AIRBUS A319s TO AMERICAN AIRLINES

NEW YORK – November 8, 2013 – CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) cit.com, today announced that CIT Aerospace, a global leader in aircraft finance, has delivered three Airbus A319s to American Airlines.

The aircraft, MSN 5786, MSN 5789 and MSN 5798, are powered by CFM56-5B6/3 engines, and are the first of 13 aircraft that CIT will deliver to American Airlines through its renewed relationship. Future aircraft deliveries include ten A321s, which are scheduled through August 2014.
