Delta TechOps Signs Exclusive Component Support Agreement with Atlas Air

ATLANTA, October 22, 2015 — Delta TechOps—Delta Air Lines’ (NYSE: DAL) maintenance division and its maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider business— has extended its relationship with Atlas Air, Inc., a unit of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAWW). Under a new agreement, Delta TechOps will provide exclusive component support on a Maintenance per Flight Hour program through 2018.

As Atlas Air’s maintenance support partner, Delta TechOps will provide component Repair and Return services for the company’s fleet of Boeing 767-300s and 767-200s, including fuel and oil, hydraulics, pneumatics, avionics and engine components.
