Doric Nimrod Air Three Limited (“DNA3”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary DNA Alpha Limited (“DNA Alpha”) are pleased to announce that DNA Alpha, on 29 October 2013 purchased an Airbus A380-861 aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number 136 (the “Aircraft”) for the sum of US$245,000,000.

DNA Alpha also entered into an Aircraft Operating Lease Agreement with Emirates pursuant to which the Aircraft would be leased to Emirates.

This Aircraft is the second acquired by the Company, the first having been delivered in August 2013. The remaining two Airbus A380 aircraft to be acquired pursuant to the Initial Investment Process outlined in the DNA3 Prospectus dated 20 June 2013 are anticipated to be purchased in the fourth Quarter of 2013.
