Dynamic Aviation Expands into West Africa with Joint Venture in Mauritania

BRIDGEWATER, Va.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Dynamic Aviation recently initiated a joint venture in Mauritania, marking the company’s first step into the West African market. On Aug. 3 the first aircraft, a King Air 200, arrived in country to begin operations.

“Moving into Mauritania is a significant step for Dynamic Aviation,” said president and CEO Michael Stoltzfus. “Dynamic Aviation looks forward to creating substantial value in a growing West and Central African customer base.”

Dynamic Aviation will provide innovative aircraft solutions to the region with multi-mission capabilities including passenger and cargo transportation, medevac services and geophysical survey.

Leading the operation in-country is Mauritania Country Manager Paul Abbott. Abbott’s experience in the region began in the early 1980s during which time he has lived and worked in Mauritania and in the neighboring countries of Mali, Niger and Senegal.
