EATON AND OEMSERVICES SIGN STRATEGIC AGREEMENT FOR COMPONENT SUPPORT AND LOGISTICS SERVICES

Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation and OEMServices have signed an agreement to provide integrated component support and logistics services for airlines that operate Airbus passenger fleets. The agreement was signed today at the Paris Air Show.

“We regard this new relationship with OEMServices as an opportunity to expand our reach into the international aerospace component market,” said Eric Alden, vice president of customer support for Eaton’s Aerospace Group. “Being a part of OEMServices’ supplier network will allow Eaton to provide enhanced level of services to our customers around the world by offering integrated support packages and access to global spare pooling.”

Eaton manufactures a broad range of components for Airbus aircraft that will be included in the OEMServices supplier network. Integrated packages offered to airlines will include components from Eaton’s hydraulic, conveyance, electrical sensing and controls, and fuel systems divisions.
