Estonian Air stops flights on Vilnius-Berlin route as of 6 December 2013, and transfers passengers whose tickets have been issued by Estonian Air to Air Lituanica’s Vilnius-Berlin flights.
As part of winding down flight operations in Lithuania connected to the termination of its contractual relationship with Vilnius-based Air Lituanica, Estonian Air has decided to stop servicing the Vilnius–Berlin route as of 6 December 2013 (instead of previously announced date, 16 December). Estonian Air and Air Lituanica have reached an agreement on handing over Estonian Air ticket holders to Air Lituanica’s Vilnius-Berlin flights, which means that all Estonian Air ticket holders for the flight period from 6 to 15 December will be transferred to Air Lituanica flights operated according to the currently valid flight schedule on that route.
Estonian Air flight tickets on Vilnius-Berlin route for flights after 15 December 2013 will be refunded. Passengers with refunding request are kindly asked to contact the travel agent the ticket was purchased from. Those who have bought their ticket from Estonian Air home page or Customer Service are asked to contact Estonian Air Customer Service or Ticket Office in Vilnius Airport. Refund can be requested within ticket validity, i.e. one year after original date of departure. Refund application form can be filled also on Estonian Air home page http://estonian-air.ee/en/travel-information/before-the-flight/flight-ticket/refund-application/.
The Vilnius–Amsterdam route will be served by Estonian Air through 6 January 2014.
