GOL is Studying the Possibility of a New Route to Africa

São Paulo, May 28, 2013 – GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (BM&FBovespa: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL) (S&P: B, Fitch: B-, Moody’s: B3), the largest low-cost and low-fare airline in Latin America, as a competitive company, is constantly evaluating opportunities to add value to its business and benefit its clients. At the moment, it is studying the possibility of opening a new route between Brazil and Nigeria, in Africa. The new flight would be operated by GOL’s standard fleet of Boeing 737 NG. The Company will eventually disclosure through an announcement to the market if decided to proceed with the operation.
