Group Engine Management and BeauTech Power Systems establish framework for engine leases

We are pleased to announce the successful signing of a General Terms Agreement between Group Engine Management GmbH (GEM) and BeauTech Power Systems, LLC establishing a framework for future engine lease transactions in support of the Lufthansa Group airlines. The 10-year framework agreement is expected to support future leasing opportunities across a variety of commercial aircraft engine platforms, including CF34, CFM56, GTF and LEAP engines.

Building on an already established relationship, this agreement marks an important milestone in our ongoing collaboration with a dynamic partner and rapidly growing lessor, combining a young and agile team with strong growth potential. It further reinforces our joint commitment and mutual flexibility in supporting engine availability and fleet continuity across the Group. We look forward to continuing this close cooperation and unlocking new opportunities together.
