Hawaiian Airlines Appoints Kevin Halloran as Vice President - Treasury and Treasurer

HONOLULU – January 21, 2015 – Hawaiian Airlines has announced the appointment of Kevin L. Halloran to the position of vice president – treasury and treasurer. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing corporate finance, fleet financing, cash management, fuel and foreign exchange hedging and enterprise risk management for Hawaiian Airlines.

“Kevin’s strong background in capital markets and various treasury functions adds a new dimension to our team that will help guide our finance strategy as we continue to expand our business, add more aircraft to our fleet, and manage our risk profile,” said Shannon Okinaka, Hawaiian Airlines senior vice president and interim chief financial officer.

Halloran brings more than 25 years of experience in treasury and finance roles, including capital formation, capital planning/allocation and investor relations to Hawaiian Airlines. He most recently served as founding and managing partner of FourPoint Capital Partners in Honolulu and New York. Prior to this, he served as vice president, corporate development and investor relations at Alexander & Baldwin, Inc.; co-founder and chief financial officer at Media Venture Partners, Inc.; and vice president, finance at PSI Institutional Realty in Los Angeles.

Halloran earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics with high honors and a minor in Geology from Colgate University, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business through Bankers Trust’ executive management program.
