Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. Prices $75.0 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering

HONOLULU, March 18, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ —

Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: HA) (the “Company”), parent company of Hawaiian Airlines, Inc., today announced the pricing of $75.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2016 (the “notes”) in an underwritten public offering. The offering is expected to close on March 23, 2011, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Company also granted the underwriters of the notes an option to purchase up to an additional $11.25 million aggregate principal amount of the notes solely to cover over-allotments.
