Helvetic Airways continues to grow

Helvetic Airways is expanding the fast growing areas of charter and special charter flights. As the current fleet of six Fokker 100s is already used to capacity, the airline will also be operating an Airbus A319 from April 2013. This type of aircraft will cover the 130 – 140 seat market. In addition, it will allow to fly to destinations that lie beyond the range of the Fokker 100.

Helvetic Airways will be recruiting 25 new airline staff in the course of the fleet expansion, raising the number of Helvetic Airways staff to over 225.

In summer 2013, the Airbus A319 will fly to the following destinations for Kuoni:

From Bern: Heraklion Kos Rhodes

From Geneva: Heraklion Kos Rhodes Fuerteventura/Arrecife Larnaca
Las Palmas/Tenerife Hurghada/Sharm el-Sheikh
