Iberia Now Reaches 32 Mexican Destinations under its Agreement with Interjet

Iberia has added new eight Mexican destinations it offers under an agreement with Interjet, extending to 32 the number of Mexican cities covered by the code-sharing arrangement signed by the two airlines in June.
These flights mean passengers have easy connections with a single ticket to/from any of the 32 Mexican cities to/from any of Iberia’s 80 destinations in Spain, the rest of Europe, Africa, and the Near East, crossing the Atlantic on any of Iberia’s flights between Madrid and Mexico City.
Tickets are available on Iberia’s web site (www.iberia.com), sales offices, Serviberia telephone sales centre, and travel agents.
Both Iberia and Interjet operate from Terminal 1 at Benito Juárez International Airport in Mexico City what facilitates passenger connections between both airlines easier.
According to Iberia Commercial director Marco Sansavini, “Mexico is a strategic market for Iberia. Under this agreement, our customers can fly to or from anywhere in the country, with fast and convenient connections, which will especially benefit business travellers from Spain, Mexico and the rest of Europe.”
