INTREPID AVIATION CLOSES AIRBUS A330 PDP FACILITY AND BOEING 777-300ER LONG-TERM FINANCING WITH DVB BANK

Intrepid Aviation announced today the closing of a PDP (Pre-Delivery Payment) financing facility with DVB Bank, covering three (3) A330 aircraft ordered from Airbus and delivering in 2014. This is the fifth PDP financing facility Intrepid Aviation has concluded under its current A330 order. Intrepid Aviation also closed a financing facility with DVB covering one (1) Boeing 777-300ER currently on lease to Thai Airways International.
