Vallair specializes in the acquisition of end of life A320, B737 and ATR aircraft. To date, the company has acquired more than 25 A320s’, 20 B737s’, 4 ATRs’ and 40 CFM56-3/-5 and V2500 Power plants. Vallair provides solutions for aircraft and engine trading and leasing, spare parts sales and inventory management, cargo conversions and commercial aircraft disassembly and recycling. In addition, the company has state of the art composite repair facilities for nacelles, thrust reversers and flight controls (MRO).

As part of the rebranding, all the companies of the group have changed their names:
¥ Valliere Aviation, the holding company has become Vallair Capital;
¥ JMV Aviation has become Vallair Solutions.

On top of that, the group has two new entities, one dedicated to the operations (disassembly, repair shop and logistics), Vallair Technic and soon one dedicated to the leasing, Vallair Leasing.

Moreover, Vallair is proud to announce the arrival of Japan Investment Adviser Co., Ltd. (JIA) as new shareholder sitting with Grégoire LEBIGOT, the historical founder of the Group.
JIA is a Tokyo Stock Exchange Listed Japanese company, founded in 2006, among others, specialized in financial solutions for the aviation leasing market.
In addition to the equity investment, JIA will have invested close to 40M USD, in the last 12 months, in Vallair projects including trading, tear-down and cargo conversions.
