LAS VEGAS. June 28, 2013 – Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT) today announced the departure of John Redmond from its Board of Directors. Mr. Redmond has taken a new full time position which will not allow him to continue his position as a member of Allegiant’s Board.

Mr. Redmond, who joined the Company’s Board in October 2007, has no conflicts with the Company’s management or other board members.
