KfW IPEX-Bank and CA-CIB finance A330-300 for HKAC

Hong Kong Aviation Capital Limited delivered a new Airbus A330-300 on long term operating lease to SriLankan Airlines Limited on December 18, 2014. Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CA-CIB) and KfW IPEX-Bank acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers and underwriters of a senior commercial financing facility to Hong Kong Aviation Capital while Investec Bank PLC provided a mezzanine financing facility. CA-CIB also acted as Global Coordinator, Facility Agent, and Security Trustee of the overall financing facility.
