KfW IPEX-Bank: Two new Airbus A320-200 for BOC

BOC Aviation has mandated KfW IPEX-Bank as arranger and sole lender for a commercial debt financing of two new Airbus A320-200. The aircraft, equipped with IAE V2527-A5 engines, will be operated by Volaris, the Mexican low cost carrier, on operating lease from BOC Aviation. The first Aircraft has been delivered in February; the second aircraft will follow in May. The transaction closed on March 21.
