The strategic transaction is designed to accelerate LGT’s growth while preserving its core values and operational excellence.

Under the new structure, Raul & Ibis Cruz-Alvarez and Roly Estrada will retain significant ownership and will continue to be actively involved in leading the company. This ensures a seamless continuation of the high standards of customer service, quality, and on-time delivery that LGT’s partners have come to rely on.
