On April 30, 2013, UTair Finance discharged obligations for the purchase of BO-06 and BO-07 series bonds upon application by their owners on the condition of a public offering with the possibility of further circulation.
UTair Finance bought back a total volume of 826,032 bonds for a total nominal value of 826,032,000 rubles.
The placement of series BO-06 and BO-07 bonds originally took place on April 25, 2012 on the Moscow Exchange.
The total nominal value of the issues is 3 billion rubles. The circulation period of the bonds is 3 years with a coupon period of 91 days and a coupon rate for 5-8 coupon periods of 11.75%. UTair Aviation has provided security for the loan.
Managing banks for the bonds include BK Region and JCS AB Rossiya.
