Mitsubishi Aircraft Reorganizes Into Seven Divisions

Effective July 1, Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation has been reorganized into seven Divisions: Project Management, Engineering, Corporate Administration, Sales and Marketing, and Supply Chain Management were either restructured or newly-created, while Quality Assurance and Customer Support remain without major changes.

An Executive Officer will lead each Division in order to facilitate inter-divisional collaboration, as well as to strengthen MRJ program execution via across-the-board development schedule control and implementation.

Project Management will cover issue resolution and strategically consolidate the MRJ’s development schedule. Engineering will manage both design and engineering, along with an active role in promoting efficiency and improving quality. Sales and Marketing aims to expand upon and strengthen worldwide sales, and Corporate Administration shall be responsible for company-wide management and contract administration.
