MIAMI, FL., -February 22, 2011- Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI), is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract from Moskovia Airlines to provide six (6) B737-400SF 11 Pallet Passenger to Freighter Conversions. The first aircraft is expected to enter conversion by the end of the first quarter 2011 at AEI’s Conversion Center, Commercial Jet, Inc. which is lo- cated in Miami, Florida. The remaining aircraft will undergo conversion later this year.

Mr. Mikhail Alekseev, Chief Executive Officer of Moskovia Airlines stated that “With the signing of our agreement with AEI, Moskovia is now able to implement its strategic plan of developing a strong and reliable air cargo division that will allow us to rapidly expand into new market segments. Moskovia plans to replace its entire fleet of Russian Freighters with AEI’s industry leading B737- 400BSF 11 Pallet Freighter”.

Mr. Felix Minevich, President of Omega Worldwide, Inc stated that “The selection of AEI’s 11 Pallet B737-400SF by Moskovia Air- lines marks the beginning of new era in Russia cargo operations. This modern aircraft will replace the aging AN12s and will expe- dite the growth of the Russian freight market. I strongly believe that this is just the beginning of a strong growth period for the Russian Cargo Market that will see the addition of 100+ AEI freighters in the coming years”. Omega Worldwide was retained by AEI as a special adviser to Russia and has been instrumental in obtaining IAC approval.
