Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC), the world’s largest regional turboprop lessor, today announced the purchase of 10 Bombardier Q400s and four Dash 8-100 aircraft from the Marfin Investment Group (MIG).
NAC have also secured an 11 year operating lease agreement for the 10 Q400s and a five year operating lease on the four Dash 8-100s with Olympic Air of Greece.
With this latest transaction, NAC’s Dash 8 portfolio has grown to 53 aircraft, of which 34 are the Q400 models.
Olympic Air serves 44 destinations, with 34 domestic, eight direct international and more than 20 international routes utilising a fleet of 23 aircraft.
