Nordwind Airlines chooses Turkish Technic for APU MRO Services

Moscow, Russia, 2013 – In addition to previous agreements on base maintenance services Turkish Technic and Nordwind Airlines expand their relations and sign an agreement for APU maintenance. Under the agreement Turkish Technic will provide APU maintenance services to Nordwind Airlines for the APS3200 type APUs of its fleet.

Serving more than 200 Airlines and a total of almost 600 avitation industry customers from all around the world, Turkish Technic is one of the leading MRO’s with its broad capability and growing capacity. With almost 1 billion dollars of investment for the last three years, Turkish Technic built lean and highly efficient infrastructure and now has the latest technologies to provide customer oriented and high quality services. Turkish Technic provides nose to tail MRO services to its customers with more than 4000 highly qualified employees in its state of the art facilities using latest technologies.

Based at Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport, Nordwind Airlines is a Russian charter airline serving since 2008. In addition to the holiday destinations such as Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia, India and the UAE, Nordwind operates charter flights to various European destinations. The airline also provides wet lease contracts to other carriers. Nordwind’s fleet comprises Boeing 757, 767 and 777 and A320 aircraft.
