Pegasus Airlines signs Aircraft Maintenance Agreement with Turkish Technic for B737CL Base Maintenances in its fleet

Pegasus Airlines & Turkish Technic signed Base Maintenance Services Agreement for 1 Boeing 737-500 Redelivery Check and 1 B737-400 C Check. Maintenance will be carried out at Turkish Technic’s facilities in Istanbul, Turkey, within the fourth quarter of 2011.

Turkish Technic, an association of Turkish Airlines group companies (Istanbul Stock Exchange: THYAO), is the leading maintenance center in its region, providing technical services for Airframe, Engine, APU and components for a wide range of Airlines from Europe, Middle East, CIS, Northern Africa and Turkey in its base in Istanbul, with a highly qualified and well-trained workforce over 3.000 personnel.

Pegasus Airlines, based in Istanbul and using Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (SAW/ Turkey) operates 29 B737NG’s and 3 B737CL’s in its fleet, also has 40 B737NG firm order from Boeing 24 already delivered. Pegasus Airlines provides scheduled domestic flights as well as scheduled and charter basis international flights over 85 destinations at World.
