RYANAIR ANNOUNCES FIRST UK - CORFU ROUTE

Ryanair, the world’s favourite airline, today (7th Apr) announced its UK route to Corfu with a twice weekly London Stansted service to/from Corfu from July 2011. Ryanair now offers UK passengers four low fares Greek connections – London Stansted to/from Corfu, Rhodes and Thessaloniki and Liverpool to/from Kos.

Ryanair celebrated its first London – Corfu route by launching a 1 million £7 seat sale for travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in May which are available for booking from midnight tonight until midnight Monday (11th Mar). Ryanair’s new London – Corfu route goes on sale on www.ryanair.com tomorrow.

Ryanair’s Stephen McNamara said:

“Ryanair is delighted to deliver yet another low fares summer sun route from London Stansted. Greek tourism has been strangled by high fare airlines and greedy tour operators who have been making out like bandits in the absence of a low fares airline to deliver the competition that Greek tourism needs.

“To celebrate this new low fares route Ryanair is launching 1million £7 seats, for travel across Europe in May, which are available for booking until midnight Monday. Since seats at these crazy low prices will be snapped up quickly, we urge passengers to book them immediately on www.ryanair.com.”
