Skytech-AIC confirms the following recent transactions:

The sale by TUI Aviation GmbH to SASOF TR44 Aviation Ireland Limited, which is managed by Apollo Aviation Management Limited, of two 1992 Boeing 747-400 aircraft with leases to Corsairfly attached and the agreement for the outright sale of a further 747-400 to SASOF to be delivered later this year. Skytech-AIC acted as exclusive remarketing agent to TUI for this transaction.

The sale by the Maersk Group to Lighthouse Aviation of two Bombardier CRJ700s with leases attached to South African Express Airways. Skytech-AIC acted as Arranger to Maersk for this the 21st transaction which Skytech-AIC has completed for Maersk. Skytech-AIC has greatly valued its relationship with Maersk which dates back to 1993 when the first transaction, the sale and leaseback of a package of Fokker 50s, was completed.

The purchase by Titan Airways Limited of two 2000-build Boeing 757-200s. Skytech-AIC acted as Adviser to Titan in the latest of a number of transactions which stretch back as far as 1997.
