SKYWORKS ARRANGES SALE OF ONE B757-200 AIRCRAFT

Greenwich, CT, May 7, 2013 – U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee, (“U.S Bank”) has sold one B757-200 aircraft (24622), previously leased to United Air Lines, Inc., to Aeroturbine, Inc. SkyWorks Leasing, LLC assisted U.S Bank in connection with the lease return and arranged the sale of the aircraft.
