Spirit AeroSystems Aftermarket Customer Support Signs Spare Parts Agreement with Pacific American Corporation

WICHITA, Kan., Aug. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. [NYSE: SPR] and ­Pacific American Corporation announced the signing of a supply agreement whereby Spirit Aftermarket Customer Support (ACS) will provide thrust reverser, fuselage, and wing component spare parts for the Hainan Airlines Company Limited (HNA) fleet of Boeing aircraft. This multi-year contract will enable PAC to obtain predictable and competitive pricing for all parts in the Spirit Catalog while ensuring availability for key parts and components.

Hainan Airlines Company Limited (HNA) currently operates six Boeing 737-300, six Boeing 737-400, 87 Boeing 737-800 and three Boeing 767-300ER airplanes. HNA also operates Airbus A319, A320, A330 and A340 aircraft.
