Singapore, 18 January 2016 – Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced that Vision Technologies Aerospace Incorporated (VT Aerospace) has injected US$3m (approximately S$4.2m) into the capital of its subsidiary, VT Volant Aerospace, LLC. This brings VT Aerospace’s total investment in VT Volant Aerospace to US$21.1m (approximately S$29.8m).

As part of the capital injection above, Vision Technologies Systems, Inc. (VT Systems) has injected US$1.5m (approximately S$2.12m) into the capital of VT Aerospace, as funding for the capital injection into VT Volant Aerospace. VT Aerospace is a subsidiary of VT Systems, theUSheadquarters of ST Engineering.

Marketed as part of ST Aerospace’s global network, VT Volant Aerospace works with ST Aerospace’s MRO businesses and in-house engineering and development centres, to offer one-stop turnkey cabin retrofit services.

These capital injections are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
