Täby Air Maintenance AB and Empterwik Deliver Saab 2000 Aircraft to Frost/Skåne Aviation
Täby Air Maintenance AB (“TAM”), together with Empterwik, has completed the delivery of a Saab 2000 aircraft to Scandinavian operator Frost/Skåne Aviation. The aircraft will support Frost/Skåne Aviations operations in the Nordic region and represents another step in the continued utilization of the Saab 2000 platform.
The project involved close coordination between the two sister companies. Täby Air Maintenance AB carried out the technical preparation and maintenance work required before delivery, while Empterwik managed the aircraft asset and transaction process.
According to Christoffer Carlsson, Senior Technical Advisor at TAM, the delivery highlights the continued demand for the aircraft type.
“The Saab 2000 remains a highly capable and efficient aircraft, particularly for regional operations. We are pleased to support Frost with this aircraft and to see the platform continue to play an important role in the Nordic aviation market,” said Carlsson.
Täby Air Maintenance AB and Empterwik continue to work closely with operators and partners to support aircraft transitions, maintenance programs, and fleet development across the aviation sector. One example of such collaboration is the newly announced airline Skåne Aviation with flights Malmö-Bromma. The aircraft for this route is maintained by TAM and owned by Empterwik.
