Tomorrow, the A380 lands in Montreal

Air France will begin operating a daily A380 flight on its Montreal – Paris-Charles de Gaulle route effective this Friday, April 22. After an inaugural flight in October 2010 to mark Air France’s 60 years in Canada, the world’s largest aircraft will touch down at the Montreal-Trudeau airport at 17:10 (Quebec time).
Everything is in place in Montreal, the fourth A380 destination chosen by Air France, to welcome the aircraft.
Air France’s A380 seats up to 538 passengers divided into three cabin classes, i.e. 9 seats in Première (First) on the main deck, 80 seats in Business on the upper deck, and 449 seats in Voyageur (Economy) split between the two decks. Six bars, additional space and comfort ensure passengers enjoy a moment of well-being, in a quiet and particularly soothing cabin.
59 weekly flights out of Canada to Europe
As of May 9, Air France will operate 3 daily flights out of Montreal to Paris-CDG. This is in addition to KLM’s daily flight to Amsterdam.
Air France and KLM will be offering a combined total of 59 flights a week out of Canada. Both airlines operate flights out of Montreal and Toronto, while Calgary and Vancouver are served by KLM.
