TRANSAERO AIRLINES RESULTS FOR JANUARY – SEPTEMBER 2012

Moscow, October 31, 2012 – Transaero Airlines announces its operational results for the first nine months of 2012 which once again demonstrate stable development of the carrier.

For the period from January to September 2012:
· Passenger turnover reached 31.28 billion RPK, 25.8% higher than in the first nine months of 2011
· The total number of passengers carried amounted to 8,076,597 which is 23.1% more than in the same period previous year
· Transaero transported a total of 46,450.23 tons of cargo, 29.8% more than in the first nine months of 2011
· Ton-kilometers totaled 3.083 billion TKM, 26.1% more than in the same period previous year.
