BERWYN, Pa.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE:TGI) today announced that its subsidiary, Triumph Aerostructures-Vought Aircraft Division, has been selected by Airbus to furnish the wing reinforcement kit that allows for the installation of Sharklets on the Airbus A319 and A320 in-service aircraft. The kit consists of multiple subassemblies and components that reinforce the wing for the Sharklet loads. The multi-year contract is worth over $160.0 million. Production will be done at the company’s Nashville, Tennessee facility, with first delivery expected early 2015.
