US Airways Group, Inc. Announces Pricing Of $500 Million In 6.125% Senior Notes Due 2018

TEMPE, Ariz., May 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — US Airways Group, Inc. (NYSE: LCC) (“US Airways” or the “Company”) announced today the pricing of $500 million of its 6.125% Senior Notes due 2018, which represents an increase of $100 million from the previously announced size of the offering. The notes will be general unsecured senior obligations of US Airways. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the senior notes offering for general corporate purposes.

Citigroup, Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley, and Credit Suisse acted as the joint book-running managers for the offering.

The notes were offered under the Company’s existing effective shelf registration statement. A prospectus supplement and accompanying prospectus describing the terms of the offering will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
