UTair appoints New Head of Investor Relations

UTair Aviation has appointed Maria Razumova as Head of Investor Relations with immediate effect.

Joining from investment company Troika Dialog, Maria will be in charge of the communications strategy to both Russian and international investors. She will also be responsible for the monitoring of disclosure issues and providing both existing and potential investors with key information about the company.

Prior to joining UTair, Maria held a number of high profile roles in journalism and public relations. These include Press Secretary at the Finance Corporation Otkrytie and financial correspondent at “Kommersant”.
