Vx CAPITAL ORDERS SECOND AEI B737-400SF 11 PALLET CONVERSION

MIAMI, FL., -March 26, 2014- Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI), is pleased to announce that Vx Capital Partners LLC has ordered their second AEI B737-400SF passenger to freighter conversion. The aircraft is a high gross weight 737-400 (MSN 28490) built in 1996 and will be converted at Airod Aerospace’s Kuala Lumpur facility, which is one of five authorized AEI Conversion Centers worldwide. This order will bring Vx Capital’s AEI B737-400SF freighter fleet to two.

Will Hudson, President of Vx Capital Partners LLC stated that, “We continue to believe that the B737-400SF cargo aircraft will fulfill an important requirement in the air cargo market for the next fifteen years at least. AEI has worked well with us in the past and we look forward to building our relationship with Airod Aerospace. Additionally, our decision to work with Airod for this conversion corresponds with the expansion of our aircraft and engine leasing business in the Asia Pacific region.”

AEI’s B737-400SF shall provide Vx Capital’s customers with a Main Deck capable of carrying multiple ULD’s including:
(10) 88”x125” AAA Containers/pallets, P1 to P10 or
(8) 96”x126” ULD’s and
(1) 53”X88”X64” Pallet or AEP/AEH or 60.4”X61.5” AKE/LD3 or 61.5”X88”X56”H AYY in P11

This unique flexibility has been designed by AEI to allow the operator to immediately adapt to multiple ULD configurations at a moment’s notice. When combined with proven reliability, the AEI Converted B737-400SF will allow Vx Capital’s customers to keep their aircraft where they belong “In the air, generating revenue”.
