Wagner Aeronautical Becomes a Boeing Licensee to Provide B767-300 Passenger-to-Freighter Conversions

SAN DIEGO, CA—(Marketwired – Oct 9, 2014) – Wagner Aeronautical, Inc. (Wagner) is pleased to announce that the company has entered into an agreement with Boeing to license engineering data which will allow Wagner to pursue a Supplemental Type Certificate for the B767-300 passenger-to-freighter conversion. The agreement also calls for the inclusion of the -300ER (Extended Range) variant. Under this agreement Boeing will provide Wagner access to data and will host program specific drawings on the MyBoeingFleet.com web portal. Future operators of the conversion will also be able to utilize the Boeing customer service network to submit service requests.
