The acquisition will enhance WLFC’s aircraft leasing, asset management and aftermarket capabilities, while supporting its engine-focused leasing programs, including ConstantThrust®. Upon completion, the transaction will increase the company’s lease portfolio by an additional 12 aircraft and 13 engines.

Austin C. Willis, Chief Executive Officer of WLFC, said: “This transaction provides an opportunity to grow our portfolio as well as customer base. It also strengthens our aircraft leasing business, where we can create additional value through engine-based programs such as ConstantThrust®.”
