GA Telesis has acquired three Airbus A320neo airframes powered by CFM International LEAP-1A engines, expanding its inventory of next-generation aircraft components for the aviation aftermarket.
The company expects to acquire another two A320neos before the end of 2026, bringing its planned additions for the year to five aircraft.
The newly acquired aircraft are among the early A320neos entering the disassembly market, providing GA Telesis with access to used serviceable material (USM), including engine nacelles, landing gear and other components.
The acquisitions are intended to address growing demand for replacement parts as the global A320neo fleet expands and airlines face continued supply chain constraints and extended maintenance turnaround times.
GA Telesis also provides aftermarket support for both engine types used on the A320neo Family, including the LEAP-1A and Pratt & Whitney PW1100G geared turbofan, allowing it to support operators across both engine platforms.
Through its Flight Solutions Group, the company supplies aircraft components, inventory management and asset lifecycle services to airlines, lessors and maintenance providers worldwide.
The sellers, aircraft serial numbers and financial terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
